We have been valuing customers’ satisfaction as well as high quality products. All of our products are qualified and guaranteed and all items will be checked carefully before shipment to make sure they are in good condition and are compliance with the ones in your order. 

Exchange & Return

To obtain a return and exchange authorization, please contact us at first within 2 days after you receive your order.

Products with quality defects such as stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn etc. can be returned to us. Please return as the steps listed below.

  1. Contact us by emails as soon as you get the package and send us clear photos together with your order number and the SKU of the items.
  2. We will review your case carefully and then offer you the best solution.

Cases for Return or Exchange

Order Cancellation

If your order is canceled before the shipment, we will make refund for you in 5 days. If your order has been shipped out and you still want to cancel the order and get a refund, please DO NOT SIGH for the package when it arrives at the destination and let it return. We will make refund for you after we get the confirmation that your package has been return. Please wait patiently. We may take out part of money as the shipping cost when refund because it is your fault that you haven’t canceled your order in time.


Customers should be sure to check the size carefully before placing an order.

If you order the wrong size or we send you the wrong size, please send us photos first and then we will check about that. We can offer you a compensation or exchange. If you want to place a new order and keep the original order, we can offer you a discount. Customers should be responsible for the shipping cost if you order a wrong size.

Wrong items

Customers should be responsible for the items ordered. If you order wrong items and want to exchange or cancel the order, please contact us in 24 hours before shipment. If you have received the wrong items, you can return and refund. In this case, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange. If we send you the wrong items, you can return and refund or ask for an exchange. You can also keep it and we will give you some discount. We think it is the best solution for both of us.

Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check and verify the contents before signing for the package. If they are wrong or damaged in transportation, please decline signing for it.

Missing items

If you bought more than one unit in your order but get fewer, please tell us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check it for you. For missing items, you can choose to get refund for the missing part or let us resend out.

Missing packages

We will check the carrier’s system to decide whether the items have been delivered. If it shows “Delivered” but you haven’t got them, please contact us and your local carrier. We can resend your order or refund if the carrier gives valid proof. If your package has reached your country but missing, you should contact your local carrier to ask them to make a compensation. We are not responsible for this case because we can’t control the carrier out of our country. If your returned items are missing, we are unable to make refund for you.

﹒All items returned to us should be the right ones you pick on our website and must be in original condition such as not worn, not washed, not damaged or altered with all tags attached. All items that do not accord with our policy will be returned back to you.

﹒Shipping cost cannot be refunded if return occurs. For free shipping, shipping cost will be charged from your money when refund happens.

﹒If return occurs, please tell us your order number and your returned tracking number by emails.
